LangNation Institute – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Acceptance

By creating an account, registering for a course, or using services provided by LangNation Institute (“LangNation”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms comply with:

Applicable laws of Germany (BGB, GDPR/DSGVO)
Applicable laws of India (Consumer Protection Act, IT Act)

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LangNation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

False information
Misuse of services
Violation of these Terms

3. Teaching Material (Intellectual Property)

All teaching materials (notes, PDFs, recordings, digital content) are the exclusive intellectual property of LangNation Institute.
Materials are provided solely for personal educational use.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing materials
Uploading content to public platforms
Commercial use without written permission

Violation may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Legal action under applicable copyright laws in Germany and India

4. Course Fees & Payment Terms

Course fees may include:

Tuition
Study materials (unless stated otherwise)

Any additional materials required will be clearly communicated in advance.
A registration fee may be charged separately and conditions (refundable/non-refundable) will be clearly specified at the time of enrollment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

If the course is booked online or remotely:

You have the legal right to withdraw within 7 days without giving any reason (Widerrufsrecht).
If the course starts within this period and you explicitly agree, you:

Acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may expire after full service delivery
May be charged proportionally for services already provided

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a participant cancels before the course starts, a refund may be issued within 7–14 working days, subject to administrative processing.
If a participant cancels:

Before the 2^nd class ? partial or full refund may be considered
After the 3^rd class ? no refund will be issued

Cancellation must be made in writing (email or official platform).
Verbal or informal communication is not valid.
Course fees:

Are non-transferable to another person
Apply only to the registered participant

7. Course Changes or Cancellation by LangNation

LangNation reserves the right to:

Reschedule or cancel courses due to operational reasons

In such cases:

Participants will be offered:

A full refund, OR
An alternative course date

8. User Conduct

Users agree:

Not to disrupt classes or other participants
Not to misuse the platform or services
To follow instructor guidelines

Violation may lead to:

Suspension or termination without refund

9. Limitation of Liability

LangNation is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Technical interruptions beyond our control

Liability is limited as per applicable law (Germany & India)

10. Data Protection (GDPR / IT Act Compliance)

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

GDPR (EU/Deutschland)
Indian IT laws

We collect and use data for:

Course registration
Communication
Service improvement

Users have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete their data
Withdraw consent at any time

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For users in Germany/EU: governed by German law
For users in India: governed by Indian law
In case of disputes, jurisdiction will be based on the user’s place of residence, where legally required
